This accredited course equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to begin a career in one of the UK’s largest employment sectors.

Through this programme, participants will:

* Develop an understanding of how retail businesses operate

* Strengthen customer service and communication skills

* Learn key principles of stock control, teamwork, and store procedures

* Build confidence to succeed in interviews and the workplace
